Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops (30 grams) of coconut shreds (coconut meat or flakes work as well)
  • Sea salt (a quarter teaspoon)
  • Vanilla extract (one tablespoon), optional
  • Pitted, chopped dates (three) or maple syrup (1-2 tablespoons), optional

 

Directions
Step 1: Fill your Plantesia Maker container with 600 milliliters of water up to the maximum level indicated.
Step 2: Add 2 scoops (30 grams) of coconut shreds and 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional).
Step 3: Select the ‘JUICE’ function on your Plantesia device.
Step 4: Once the cycle is complete, enjoy your creamy, fresh coconut milk.
