1 scoop (25 grams) of cashews (raw or lightly toasted)
- 1 scoop (25 grams) of almonds (peeled for a smoother finish)
- 1 teaspoon of neutral oil (MCT oil, refined coconut oil, or high oleic sunflower oil)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or agave for a touch of sweetness
Directions:
Step 1: Add water up to the minimum line in the Plantesia container.
Step 2: Add 30 grams or two 30ml scoops of almonds, not soaked.
Step 3: Add 1 teaspoon of oil for enhanced creaminess and foam. If desired, include a natural sweetener for a hint of flavor
